On 4 February 2017 then, at Public High School 110 held a blood donor activity initiated by the SMAN Alumni 110. This event itself is a series of masterpieces 25 the year of SMAN Alumni 110 Jakarta. Working closely with the Indonesian Red Cross (SMEs), the event took place in the hall room of SMAN 110. The one who acts as the chairman and deputy of the implementing committee is dr. Adji Juanita Chairina and Captain Riyadi Surya. This event itself took place in an orderly and smooth manner with the number of blood donor participants reaching 70 people consisting of students and alumni. Participants who have donated blood also received certificates from SMAN alumni 110.
