For those students who have been accepted into the process, here we convey the requirements for self-report Mutation.
- Parent's application letter regarding the student's admission mutation (stamped 10.000) to Public High School 110 Jakarta;
- Certificate of transfer from the school of origin (known to the tribe of the local education office / education office);
- Shows the original report card;
- Certificate that the student concerned is not undergoing sanctions for violation of school rules.
