Starting with participating in the selection of National Resource Candidates Sharing Good Practices for the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology, Head of High School 110 Jakarta, Mr. Sriyono, M.Pd., M.Si. Trying to participate and register to take part in the selection as an effort to set an example for school residents.
In the selection, He was asked to upload photos and videos of real actions showing the role of the principal as a learning leader accompanied by his description. The headmaster was also asked to upload photos and videos as well as descriptions of the principal's role as an initiator and agent of change. other than that, School Principals are also asked to submit concrete evidence of having understood and implemented or implemented the Independent Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project.
In the series of selections, school principals are also required to upload the Giving Implementation Plan document along with concrete actions in the form of learning videos designed in the Learning Implementation Plan that has been made. Various experiences and achievements that have been achieved during their time as teachers and principals are also required to be uploaded in the registration link for national resource persons sharing these good practices.
The result does not betray the effort and process, because Mr. Sriyono,M.Pd., M.Si. declared to have passed the selection (the only public high school principal in DKI Jakarta who passed the selection). Next, He must attend the briefing of National Resource Candidates Sharing Good Practices for the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum organized by the Center for Mobilizing Teachers (BBGP) Special Region of Yogyakarta and participants from DKI Jakarta took place at BBGP West Java, Parung, Bogor.
The implementation of the briefing is carried out in two stages, i.e. the first part during 4 day and part two during 3 day. The material presented in the briefing included the requirements to be a resource person, Strategies to be a resource person, Techniques for Composing Video Scripts Sharing Good Practices, Designing Video Creation Time, and techniques for making videos sharing good practices on the implementation of the independent curriculum.
In the implementation of debriefing and reflection, National Resource Candidates Share Good Practices for the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum, Mr. Sriyono was very active and inspired other participants and was even given the nickname Mr. Inspirer by other participants. After going through the debriefing and reflection process, the National Resource Candidates Sharing Good Practices and the process of sending video examples of sharing good practices for the implementation of the independent curriculum, then declared graduated and officially became a National Resource Person Sharing Good Practices for the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum and published by the Ministry of Education and Culture for Research and Technology to all education units throughout Indonesia.
