Sushi is a typical Japanese food that uses raw materials from the sea, such as seaweed and squid. Another well-known ingredient of sushi is rice that is formed with a fist.
The making of this sushi is carried out by IBB students (language) class XI school year 2014/2015. This student project is in the Japanese Cultural Arts subject taught by Sensi Siti Halimah, S.Pd.
