School Environment Introduction Time (MPLS) is a routine activity held by the school every year for new students who have been declared accepted at State High School 110 Jakarta. In this activity, various positive activities are held that are oriented towards introducing the school environment, such as drug prevention material (P4GN), bullying prevention material, sexual violence, and intolerance, material for introducing the school ecosystem environment, and so on.

Activities take place from Wednesday 12 July s.d. 14 July 2023 and implemented around the school area, such as teak forest areas (student motorbike parking), school mosque, inner field, and school forest. MPLS activities always start with a morning assembly in order to provide coordination to new students. Student members of OSIS and MPK also participated in this activity, as well as teachers and employees who helped organize the event.

Students are divided into 8 (eight) group, according to the number of study groups in class X. In this event, The students wore their school uniforms, such as sports clothes and koko. Upperclassmen from OSIS and MPK are tasked with accompanying students per class during MPLS activities. The speakers in this activity consisted of State High School teachers 110 and also sources from outside the school, like Mr. Mudjahid (effective learning) and Mrs. Puspita (scouting and national defense).

The last day is the highlight of MPLS at State High Schools 110, where students get a demo introduction of each extracurricular activity at school. Before starting, The activity opened with a morning coordination meeting followed by a flash mob from student representatives. In this peak activity, State Public High School 110 also worked together with Pocari Sweat so that the implementation became more lively. The event closed after the Friday prayer break with counseling from the local Puskesmas.
