Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) the second at State High School 110 raised the theme Voice of Democracy which was collaborated with the theme Bhinneka Tunggal Ika with the title “The election of the President and Deputy President of the OSIS at my school was fun”. Activities take place on Fridays, date 16 September 2022 and takes place in the field area inside the school. This project takes the form of organizing the election of the Chair and Deputy Chair of the OSIS like the Presidential Election and Presidential Election in Indonesia, where there is a Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) with the following mechanism:

• Distribution of duties for voter attendance register services
• Providing paper ballots
• Preparation of voting booths where voting rights are exercised
• Preparation of a place to insert ballot papers that have been marked or checked
• The officer dipped his finger in ink as proof that he had given his right to vote
• Security and order team for the smooth running of the OSIS Chairman and Deputy Chairman election event

The activity procession starts from the LDKS, Ldko, candidate selection, determination of candidate pairs for chairman and deputy chairman of the OSIS, taking the candidate pair serial number, interview from the committee, Principal and Deputy Principal, written campaigns and pasted campaign attributes, oration campaign in the form of presentation of the vision and mission as well as work program plans, and the voting process. After Friday prayer, vote counting was held and continued with the determination of the winner of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Elected Student Council. Furthermore, Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of OSIS Elected to give a welcome speech and thank you.

Collaboration between democratic voices and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika was demonstrated with the students, guru, and employees who wear traditional clothes from various regions, until there is no intolerance and discrimination. This each traditional clothing also shows a democratic multicultural society, so that the dimensions of the profile of the Pancasila Student Global Diversity can be realized. Then, Although using simple equipment for the room and voice box that is only made of cardboard and paper, This is a form of the value dimension of the Creative Pancasila Student Profile. Besides that, The implementation of the election is a form of the Pancasila Independent Values ​​dimension which involves all students, including class 10.

They work together to make the event a success by sharing tasks with each other, like coverage, documentation, and editing. This is also a concrete manifestation of the value of Pancasila in the dimension of mutual cooperation. The Candidate Candidates who compete, ready to win and lose, peaceful attitude in competition, and self-confidence by relying on God's decrees is a form of the Pancasila values ​​of faith and devotion to God Almighty and having noble character.

After the selection activity, a dance creation performance was held, Poetry Musical Appearance, choir, sing, Band musical performances from both students and teachers reflect positive collaboration in the dimensions of creative values ​​and critical reasoning. This activity was also attended by students and accompanying teachers from SMA Al Khairiyah as invitees in their capacity as SMA Negeri collaboration school partners 110 with SK Al Khairiyah High School.
