Sushi is a typical Japanese food that uses raw ingredients from the sea, such as seaweed and squid. Another well-known ingredient in sushi is rice formed with the fist.

The sushi making was carried out by IBB students (language) class XI academic year 2014/2015. This student project is in the Japanese Arts and Culture subject taught by Sensi Siti Halimah, S.Pd.
