On Wednesday, 25 November 2015, A Teacher's Day ceremony was held at SMAN 110 Jakarta. Located in the ceremonial field in the inner building of SMAN 110, The ceremony began promptly at 6.45 WIB. At this ceremony, The teachers wear PGRI uniforms with black trousers.

What was special about this ceremony was that the teachers immediately acted as ceremony officials. Act as a red and white flag raiser, Hello Mr, Adi Nugraha, and Mr Sri Widodo. The leaders and supervisors of the ceremony were Mr. Fajar and Mr. Muklis Muhajir who replaced Mr. Lamijo who was sick.

After the ceremony, The event continued with shaking hands between students and teachers in the field. Then, A mini futsal match was held between teachers and students alternately.
