General requirements
- Photocopy of junior high school diploma that has been legalized (Legalized);
- Photocopy of high school report cards that have been legalized (Legalized) and show the original report card;
- Photocopy of Accreditation Certificate from Original School;
- Application letter from parents about the transfer of entry of students of SMAN 110 Jakarta stamped Rp. 10.000,- to the school principal 110 Jakarta;
- Certificate of Moving from Original School, It is known that the local education office for students whose original schools are in DKI Jakarta, or a certificate of moving from the original school, It is known that the local provincial education office for students whose original schools are outside of DKI Jakarta;
- Photocopy of Operational Permit / The establishment of an education unit for students from private schools;
